Egg Hunt EGGstravaganza

We had a lot of fun leading up to Easter! Besides the many, many "play" egg hunts the kids had here at home we also had one at Harrison's school and one with our church friends.

Charlotte and I got to go to the one at Harrison's preschool and it was a great party as usual! We got there a little bit early and Charlotte played on the playground outside since it was such a beautiful day. Here they are getting ready!

And hunting! It was actually quite a hunt since there were soooo many wildflowers in the grass -- the eggs were a bit hidden. :)

Then it was inside for cupcakes and drinks. Charlotte even got in on this fun! They ended with doing the bunny hop.It was so cute seeing all those little kiddos hopping around the room.

Saturday we met up with our friends from church at a local park to hunt eggs. The kids played on the playground while the eggs were hidden and it was such a beautiful day!

Then it was off to the hunt! There were hundreds of eggs there and they were spread out all over the park. It was quite a hunt. I was surprised at how quickly Charlotte got into it and she ended up with a basketful herself.

We had a wonderful day celebrating with our friends!
