Well, it seems our family has been hit by so much lately that I haven't had time to post.....First, Madeleine had a bad cold/cough, then she got pink eye. Then, my computer somehow "dropped" a driver (gotta love Microsoft for that) that apparently is pretty important, so my computer is out of commission until the Geek Squad can fix it. Then, little Harrison caught pink eye in both eyes. Oh, how I love cold season. :)
So.....stay tuned. I have so many pictures on my camera waiting to be uploaded.......treasure hunt at school, fun days at home, and pictures of my 30th birthday!! Yikes! Last weekend Matt & I took a fun trip to Tulsa to celebrate. We enjoyed some yummy Cheesecake Factory, slept in, shopped, and enjoyed lots of uninterruped conversation! It's such a blessing to be able to steal some time away like that.....and know that my kids are probably HAPPIER than when they're with me. :) We definitely treasured every moment of it.

Caught ya!
I caught Harrison reorganizing my fridge for me last week.....what can I say, organization is in these kids GENES! And, a fridge is always a source of endless entertainment....
He loves this little maple syrup bottle.....carries it around the house with him.....until he sets it down for a second.....and mom scoops it up......He also loves the hersey's syrup bottle, mostly because he knows there's chocolate in there. :)
Harrison is changing so fast these days! He's adding words to his little vocab by leaps and bounds....finally! We're also starting to see some signs of the terrible twos....he will cross his little arms and glare at me over his shoulder when I tell him NO. He's as busy as ever.....getting into EVERYTHING!!!!
We've been confined to the house for the past 5 days with Madeleine sick.....yesterday I finally gave in and took her to the doctor where they charged my $15 to tell me that she's got a bad cold and a fever virus. Really??? I did however, get her a flu shot. Bad idea. She SCREAMED and KICKED and FLUNG her body everywhere! Poor baby. After the shot was over, I glanced at Harrison (who had backed into the corner) and he was staring at her, mouth open, tears streaming down his face. It was the sweetest look.....he was sad cause she was sad. Oh, how I love my sweeties!

New Years and then some
Since I'm behind on my blogging (hey, it's tough getting back into the swing of things!) here's what we've been up to.
This is a picture Madeleine made me take of her and her new baby doll.....she goes with us pretty much everywhere right now. I also have to say that I just LOVE this dress!
Another random picture from after christmas.....Harrison and Grandad reading a new book.

We spent New Years with my parent in LR.....where we slept in the new year. Boring, I know. It's hard to pass up GOOD SLEEP though since the kids were in Mimi and Grandad's room. :)
The kids had a blast in LR and we were so excited that we got to see Grammy and Pops as well! Madeleine actually stayed in the house for almost 2 days straight -- such an easy, cheap vacation for her!!! Here's a picture of the kids favorite thing to do there --- run up and down the hall pushing each other in the baby stroller. They're good about taking turns, but I'm not sure how much longer they'll be doing that since the stroller wheels were looking a little weak from all the weight. haha
