That morning while my mom & I ran wedding errands (with Charlotte in tow), Matt took the kids to the zoo. They were thrilled to have a morning with all of Daddy's attention. It also worked out so great that Uncle Ryan, Aunt Jamie and Emery were able to meet them there and spend the morning having fun exploring the zoo. I'm so thankful to Jamie for taking pictures of the kids! :)
The train ride was one of Harrison's favorite things! He's still talking about it and asking to go back and ride it again.

The kids had such a great time. They got in the car that afternoon so hot and sweaty and both of them talking non-stop. They had so much to say about all the animals that they saw and how fun it was! I definitely feel another zoo adventure coming this summer.
